This policy explains which personal data we collect when you contact Esthebeyond, why we use it and what rights you have.

What we collect
When you use the free assessment form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the treatment you are interested in, your message and any photos you send. Photos and information about your health are health data, a special category of personal data.
Why we use it
Only to assess your request, prepare a treatment plan and quote, contact you about it and, if you have treatment with us, to organise your care and aftercare. We do not use your photos for advertising and never publish them without separate written consent.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a); Turkish KVKK Art. 5 and 6). If you go ahead with treatment, we also process data to perform our agreement with you and to meet medical record-keeping obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Who receives your data
Our coordinators and the surgeons or dentists who assess your request. To run the website and receive your messages we use service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and Google (email). These providers may process data outside the EU, including in the United States; we rely on their standard contractual safeguards. Your data is also processed in Türkiye, where the clinic is located.
How long we keep it
If you do not proceed with treatment, we delete your request and photos within 24 months of our last contact, or earlier if you ask us to. If you are treated, medical records are kept for the period required by Turkish law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing, by emailing info@esthebeyond.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics.
